About us

seastarSeastar Cottage was built in 2003 and is equipped to the highest standards. Designed as a romantic getaway it is set in the garden of a spectacular waterfront property with easy access to miles of sandstone beach. Additional accommodation is available in a self contained B&B suite which is part of the main house.

Cathy & Justin are a professional couple who have lived on Galiano Island part time since 2001. They are keen gardeners and are passionate about the natural beauty of the flora and fauna of the Island.

They will be here to greet you and available most weekends to share their local knowledge and help you make the most of your stay. They can help you with reservations for dinner and a variety of activities. A “getting started” hamper of provisions is available for those traveling long distances.
